10. Maryland Charitable Registration
Hellenic Performing Arts is registered with the Maryland Secretary of State’s Charitable Organizations Division as required by the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act, Md. Code Ann., Bus. Reg. §§ 6-101 et seq. Registration does not imply endorsement by the State of Maryland.

11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain donor records in accordance with IRS and Maryland nonprofit recordkeeping requirements, and comply with applicable laws. Financial and donor records are generally retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to take precautions when sharing sensitive information online.
